Customer Service Administrator

Pineapple Careers is proud to be partnering with an organisation based in Horsham that is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively within the Administration team to ensure smooth operations
  • Accurately input and update data in the system
  • Handle customer queries via telephone and email with a friendly and professional manner
  • Collect and input accurate meter readings from various sources
  • Proactively identify customer consumable requirements and place necessary orders
  • Support the implementation of the new system
  • Identify unusual patterns in consumable or device usage

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Friendly and professional telephone manner

  • Enthusiastic and customer-focused
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work well within a team
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and general administrative tasks
  • Personable, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Entry-level role: no previous experience is required, but a willingness to learn is essential

Salary & Benefits:

  • £24,000
  • 00 – 16.30 and 09.00 – 17.30 (Monday to Friday)
  • 23 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
